JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team and oversee daily bar operations. The Bar Manager will be responsible for ensuring the bar runs smoothly, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Lead, train, and supervise bartenders and bar staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and stock management of alcohol, mixers, and other bar supplies, ensuring that the bar is fully stocked and within budget.
• Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer complaints, ensuring all issues are resolved swiftly and professionally to maintain a positive reputation.
• Quality Control: Monitor drink preparation, bar cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting and cost control to maintain profitability, track bar sales, and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Marketing and Promotions: Develop new drink offerings, promotions, and special events to attract customers and boost sales.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bar management or a senior bartending role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of bar inventory systems and financial management.
