JOB DETAILS:

Position Overview:
The District Field Study Coordinators will manage the implementation of study activities in their respective districts. This includes ensuring smooth operations, data collection, and effective communication with health providers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate study activities in the assigned district.
• Monitor and report daily study enrollment and activities.
• Ensure proper documentation of consent forms and data collection.
• Liaise with local healthcare workers and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Conduct quality data checks and mentor clinical nurse observers.
• Participate in study team meetings and maintain certifications in GCP and research ethics.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related health field.
• At least 2 years of experience in field coordination of health-related projects.
• Experience in qualitative research is an advantage.
• Strong communication, mentorship, and organizational skills.
