JOB DETAILS:
Position Overview:
The Nurse Observers will conduct 24/7 observations in the three use cases, ensuring smooth data collection and adherence to the study protocol.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct participant screening and administer consent forms.
• Observe and document clinical activities daily.
• Ensure safety and adherence to study protocols.
• Report daily observations and events to the District Coordinator.
• Maintain clinical practicing licenses and certifications in GCP and research ethics.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related health field.
• Valid clinical practicing license as per national requirements.
• Previous experience in observational research is an advantage.
