JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for experienced and customer-oriented Waiters to join our team. As a Waiter, your primary goal will be to ensure customers have an enjoyable and seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and seat guests in a friendly, welcoming manner, making them feel at home.
• Order Taking: Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring guests’ requests are understood and addressed.
• Food & Drink Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring the presentation meets our high standards.
• Customer Interaction: Respond to any customer inquiries, offering product recommendations or resolving any issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Assist in keeping the dining area clean and organized, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for both guests and staff.
• Upselling: Promote daily specials, new items, and other offerings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests and respond to their needs.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a willingness to learn.

Level of Education: associate degree
