JOB DETAILS:
POSITION: Call Center Agent
LOCATION: DAR ES SALAAM
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
• Ability to handle pressure
• Emotional Stability
• Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills.
• Problem solving and flexibility
• Listening Capacity
• Must have Computer knowledge
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Must have Diploma/Degree in any field
• Must have at least 6months of call center experience
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
