JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
• Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on corporate matters, contracts, and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Handle intellectual property, employment law, and regulatory matters as required.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.), with a valid legal license to practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer or company advocate.
• Proven experience in negotiating and drafting contracts and legal documents.
• High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
