JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, Direct, and Coordinate ERPNext Activities: Ensure goals are accomplished within defined scope, time, and budget constraints.
2. Data Standards Maintenance: Maintain data standards present in the ERPNext system, focusing on identifying redundant data and performing necessary steps to correct identified issues.
3. Develop Protocols for Reporting: Develop consistent protocols for reporting inventory, job cost, and service management functionality.
4. Consultation with Management: Consult with management to understand ERPNext system needs, develop and execute project plans to meet those needs, establish realistic user expectations, and define, document, and monitor ERPNext scope, objectives, and timelines.
5. Coordination of Duties: Coordinate assignment of duties, facilitate meetings, and coordinate ERPNext training.
6. Manage ERPNext Security: Manage ERPNext security roles and user access to all modules, including functionality, data, and navigational permissions.
7. Process Workflows Creation and Management: Create and manage ERPNext process workflows.
8. Problem Solving: Systematically identify and define problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement business solutions. Work extensively with ERPNext modules, MS SQL, MS Excel, and other business tools as required.
9. Business Process Development: Develop business processes that ensure the ERPNext system meets all defined requirements.
10. Task Coordination Across Departments: Coordinate ERPNext tasks with all departments to ensure goals and requirements are met, keeping management informed and updated on project and related issues.
11. Documentation Maintenance: Develop and maintain technical and user documentation.
Required Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accountancy, Economics, Finance, or any other related field.
• Additional Qualifications: Any course or training in product development is an added advantage.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Accounts functions within the financial services industry.
