JOB DETAILS:
The Executive Director of Kwimba District Council has received the Alternative Employment Permit from the Permanent Secretary Office of the President Public Service Management and Good Governance through Letter with Ref. Na.FA. 170/359/01 "B" / 47 dated March 15, 2022. Thus invites job applications from qualified Tanzanians to fill the following vacancies:

Applicant Qualifications
• Applicants must be a Form IV or Form Six graduate with a diploma / certificate in one of the following fields:
• Administration, Law, Community Education, Financial Management, Community Development and Arts Science from College of Hombolo Local Government, Dodoma or any Government Recognized College.

Responsibilities
• Accounting Officer and Chief Executive Officer of the Village Government.
• Manage the revenue and expenditure of the Village Government.
• To oversee the protection and security of the Citizens and their property, to be the Guardian of Peace and the Superintendent of Good Governance in the Village.
• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of the Village Development Plans.
• Secretary of Meetings and all Committees of the Village Council.
• Interpret and manage Policies, Rules and Procedures.
• Prepare reports on the implementation of work in its area and encourage citizens to develop and implement strategies to eradicate hunger, poverty and increase productivity.
• Leader of the Heads of Technical Units in the Village.
• managing, collecting and storing all Village records and documents.

Applicants should attach copies of Form Four or Six certificates, qualifications and birth certificate. Applicants who submit "Result Slip", "Statement of Results", "Provisional Results" or "Transicripts will NOT be accepted.
For Applicants who have studied abroad for Form Four or Six education should submit a certificate from the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA).
For applicants who have studied in Colleges Abroad submit a certificate from NACTE.
Applicants who meet the required qualifications will be invited to the interview.
Applicants should write the National Identity Number in their job application letters or attach a copy of the National Identity Card from the National Identification Authority (NIDA).
The application letter signed by the Applicant can be written in E
nglish or Kiswahili. Applicants with special needs / disability are required to specify in their application. Applicants who submit forged reports will be dealt with in accordance with the laws of the country.
