JOB DETAILS:
Daily Duties:
1. Staff Transportation:
• Punctually pick up and drop off staff at designated locations (office, meetings, training sites, Namanga, Camps).
• Assist with loading/unloading staff belongings (laptops, documents) as needed.

2. Safety and Compliance:
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, speed limits, and company safety protocols.
• Ensure only authorized staff enter the vehicle and no unauthorized goods are transported.

3. Vehicle Maintenance:
• Perform a post-trip inspection to identify any damage, mechanical issues, or maintenance needs.
• Clean the vehicle interior (vacuum seats, disposal of trash) and re-fuel if required.

4. Logbook Updates:
• Record daily mileage, fuel consumption, trip details, and incidents in the vehicle logbook.

5. Fuel Management:
Responsible for fuel requisition for the vehicle. Record and analyze fuel consumption daily by noting starting and closing mileages.

6. Administrative Duties:
• Assist with minor administrative tasks related to transportation logistics (updating schedules

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Valid Driving License:Must possess a valid driving license – Class C
• Driving Experience:At least 2 years of experience in professional driving, preferably in a corporate or office environment.
• Age Limit:25 – 40 years.
• Local Knowledge:Familiarity with Arusha and surrounding areas is essential.
• Technical Skills:Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
• Excellent knowledge of vehicle operations, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to diagnose basic mechanical issues and perform minor repairs.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
