JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement new strategies to enhance company growth and efficiency.
• Oversee and streamline operational processes for recruitment, training, team building, and mystery shopping services.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Supervise and support staff to ensure high performance and motivation.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in operations management, preferably in the hospitality, consulting, or HR services industry.
• Knowledge of recruitment, training, and team-building processes.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
