JOB DETAILS:
Position Overview:
The Overall Study Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing field coordination of study activities across selected districts in Dar es Salaam. The role includes ensuring adherence to study protocols, effective communication between stakeholders, and successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate all study activities in the selected districts.
• Ensure strict adherence to the study protocol and procedures at all sites.
• Manage logistics, including the timely procurement of required devices.
• Monitor and ensure data quality and timely reporting.
• Liaise with local stakeholders, including health facilities and government officials.
• Coordinate continuous quality improvement and mentorship sessions.
• Maintain certifications in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and research ethics.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related health field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience coordinating health-related research projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Certification in GCP and research ethics.
