Position Overview:
The Quantity Surveyor will manage all costs related to construction projects, from initial estimates to final expenditures. Your role will be critical in ensuring financial efficiency without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial plans for projects.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost control measures are implemented.

Eligibility Criteria:
• A degree in Quantity Surveying.
• At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
