REQUEST FOR TENDER
North Mara Gold Mine
A fully owned subsidiary of Twiga Minerals Corporation, ultimately owned by Barrick Gold Corporation and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania, requests the submission of tenders from reputable, experienced, certified, and qualified parties to provide the following goods:
Manufacture and Supply of High Production Truck Bodies for CAT 777E

| vi. Provide the safety, health, and environmental ISO compliance certificates. | |||
| vii. Provide 19 X high production truck bodies to fit Caterpillar 777E Trucks. | |||
| viii. No liners required for truck bodies. | |||
| ix. Designed for specific gravity of 1.76MT/m3 but able to handle all materials (varying SG) at North Mara site. | |||
| x. Must increase payload/freeboard. | |||
| xi. Delivered fully assembled in one piece, ready for work. | |||
| xii. Reduction in truck body weight. | |||
| xiii. Increased volume while staying within OEM specifications. | |||
| xiv. Provide maintenance-free bodies. | |||
| xv. Should minimize carry back in the bodies. |

Qualification of any company submitting a proposal shall be at the sole discretion of NMGM. If you do not hear from us within 21 days after the deadline date, please consider your submission unsuccessful.
