Reservations Manager
The Reservations Manager at Wilderness Wayo plays a crucial role in overseeing all operations within the Reservations Department. The primary objective is to ensure growth in sales and the delivery of high standards of service to clients and suppliers, exceeding their expectations. Reporting to the Country Commercial Director, the Reservations Manager will spearhead efforts to streamline processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.

• Enquiries and costing handling
• Booking confirmation
• Risk management
• Proactive customer service
• Customer & supplier relationship management
• Booking system management
• Reporting and communication
• Team management

Qualifications & experience
• Prior experience in reservations management, preferably in the tourism industry
• Prior experience in Tanzania is preferable, as well as an understanding of the Tanzanian safari industry
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
• Proficiency in relevant booking systems and software
• Tertiary education – diploma or certificate
