Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and promoting our security services. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for security services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Present and promote security solutions to prospective customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:
• Certificate level or Ordinary Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security industry or a service-oriented business.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office is a plus).
