Position: Student Experience & Boarding Assistant (Internship)
Location: Silverleaf Academy-Usariver campus
Reports To: Head of Student Experience & Boarding
Start Date: 22nd April
Type: Full-Time, Movement-Oriented Role
Do you thrive in dynamic environments, love working with children and teens, and believe in holistic education? Silverleaf Academy is seeking an energetic, proactive, and tech-savvy Student Experience & Boarding Assistant to support and execute various programs designed to ensure the well-being, development, and engagement of our students.
This is NOT a desk job. You’ll be organizing, moving, recording, posting, supporting, leading, and following-up—both on and off campus.
Key Focus Areas:
- Student wellness & welfare
- Learning trips, co-curricular programs, and talent development
- Language & library initiatives
- Boarding welfare and program delivery
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure programs are implemented with excellence and visibility
- Supervise field activities and record engaging content
- Organize trips, workshops, and events
- Take students to opportunities and bring opportunities to students
- Post proudly and loudly on social media to share our journey
What We’re Looking For:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Education, Social Work, Child Development, or Communication
- 2+ years working with students or in community development
- Excellent communicator in English & Kiswahili
- Very active, organized, flexible, connected, and creative
- Digitally confident—camera, writing, social media savvy
- Curious and excited to learn and grow with us
