JOB DETAILS:
We are currently offering an opportunity for qualified candidates to join us as Unit Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote the Life Insurance products of the company.
• Carrying out need analysis of customers.
• Recruiting, Build and train a top-notch sales team.
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
• Creating awareness of jubilee Life insurance products in target markets and the General public.
• Meet and exceed set target on new business and renewals.
• Proactively follow up with prospective customers for new business Cross sell and upsell.
• Be ready to learn, mentor and Nurture talent.
• Should be Customer Centric and able to maintain very high ethical standards.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
• A diploma in any field. A Diploma and or Experience in Insurance will be an added advantage.
• Must have experience in sales and marketing for at least one year
• Should be 28 years and above with an exceptional Business mind.
• Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills (Essential)
• Should be fluent in English and Kiswahili (Essential)
• Experience in interacting with customers with high convincing power.
• Proven track record in achieving and/or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in digital sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
