Taifa Institute of Health and Allied Sciences
Taifa Institute of Health and Allied Sciences (TAIHAS) established on November 2020 under the National Council for Technical Education Act (No. 9 of 1997), Cap. 129 read together with regulation 3 of the Technical Institution Registration Regulations, 2001 (GN No. 279) as the Health Training Institution for Provision of Technical Health Education for students. The Institute follows the NTA system under the National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) and guidelines from the Ministry of Health Community Development Gender Elderly and Children.

To Produce Competent health and information personnel who will provide reliable and effective health and information services at different health and information care settings and cope with existing and emerging health and information challenges..

To establish conducive and sustainable training environment that will allow students and graduates to perform competently and aspire for attainment of higher knowledge, skills and attitudes in promoting health and information care services and responding to emerging health and information issues in the National and International perspective.
