A 5* resort hotel with 142 villas and various f&b outlets, seeks an experienced hotel 5* F&B MANAGER with the following essential experience:-
• Dynamic and energetic, early to Mid 30’s
• Hospitality Management diploma
• Must have worked in Africa, within 5* international brand hotels eg Hilton etc
• At least three years prior experience as a F&B Manager in a5* corporate hotel property with over 120+ keys
• Must show stability in last two positions - at least two years tenure in each - candidates will not be considered if this is not the case
• Single status only
