JOB DETAILS:
Build the bridge between local farmers & the market using Agri-tech.
We aggregate demand and deliver wide range of fresh and exotic produce directly from farms to stores of B2B customers – retailers, wholesalers, local vendors, restaurants and cafés, hotels and exporters. We support smallholder farmers on crop planning in alignment with marketplaces, upgrading farm side infrastructure and transition to sustainable practices.

Bunju B- Dar Es salaam
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Management
preferably an MBA.
– 5+ years of experience selling FMCG goods, particularly through direct channels, with at least 3 years in senior positions.
– Extraordinary Sales skills, ideally working within the
Fresh Produce Industry and FMCG
– Excellent commercial acumen and communication skills.

• Diploma in Mechanics or equivalent professional experience in logistics & fleet field.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in this field
• Fleet Mgt system knowledge
• Strong negotiations skills
• Diagnostic computerized knowledge.
• Route planning for large fleet
• Experience in Diesel Engine be an added advantage
