JOB DETAILS:
Build the bridge between local farmers & the market using Agri-tech.
We aggregate demand and deliver wide range of fresh and exotic produce directly from farms to stores of B2B customers – retailers, wholesalers, local vendors, restaurants and cafés, hotels and exporters. We support smallholder farmers on crop planning in alignment with marketplaces, upgrading farm side infrastructure and transition to sustainable practices.

Position: Telesales Representative

Qualifications.
1. Diploma in business administration, marketing or related field.
2. Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferred.
3. Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
4. Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathise with customers.
5. Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and offer effective solutions.
6. Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
7. Strong time management and organisational skills
8. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
9. Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic call centre environment.
10. Positive attitude, patience, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
11. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
