We are seeking motivated and dynamic Executive Sales Agents (both individual and company) to join our team.

Job Summary:
As an Executive Sales Agent (Corporates/Individual), you will be responsible for driving sales efforts. You will represent Tanzania Securities Ltd, promoting our financial products and services to potential clients. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new clients for stockbroking, treasury bond dealing, and fund management services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to promote Tanzania Securities Ltd's products and services.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Actively participate in marketing activities, including seminars, workshops, and other promotional events.
• Utilize various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals, etc.) to generate leads and close sales.
• Identify opportunities for investment and engage clients to secure business.
• Provide clients with information on investment opportunities and ensuring they are informed and satisfied with their investment decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or related industries.
• Strong understanding of stockbroking, treasury bonds, and fund management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Compensation:
Commission-based payment structure with competitive rates.

Work Hours: 8


Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education:
Associate Degree
