Job Vacancy: ICT Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated ICT Manager to lead our Information and Communication Technology (ICT) department. The ideal candidate will oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions that support our business operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the ICT strategy in line with the organization’s goals and objectives.
2. Manage the ICT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in technology procurement and maintenance.
3. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ICT systems, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability.
4. Lead a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship and support in their professional development.
5. Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place and functioning effectively.
6. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technological needs.
7. Stay updated on current technologies and trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in an ICT management role, preferably in communication industry
3. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project management.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Cisco) are an advantage.
