who meet the requirements to provide goods or services as classified below:
Supply of printed materials.
Supply of office and school stationery.

Bidders may request a clarification of the bidding document only up to five (5) days before the Bid
submission deadline via email: gntzzanzibar@goodneighbors.or.tz: .:
Tenders should be delivered direct (hand delivery) to our office located in Zanzibar, Mbweni
opposite College of Health Science House No: SH/MB/120/D 3rd Floor, All Tenders documents
should submitted in one original plus Two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain
envelopes properly written the name of the tender, and full address and must be delivered to the address Good Neighbors Tanzania- Zanizibar Area office P.O BOX 4060, Zanzibar, at 08:00 am to 16:00 pm local time from Monday to Thursday and Friday up to 13:00 pm, the deadline 17th June, 2022. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of bidders
who choose to attend in the opening at the GNTZ Conference room.
A complete set of tendering documents in ENGLISH will be shared electronically upon submission
of request via email: gntzzanzibar@goodneighbors.or.tz: before 5 days to deadline for tender submission from 08:00 am to 16:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, and Friday up 13:00 pm, except on
Public Holidays.
Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, and not opened and
not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.:
