Challenge
• Take the lead in applying your legal expertise to draft. review, and negotiate a diverse range of commercial agreements and corporate documents.
• Oversee the efficient implementation of our Document Control Process to ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation activities.
• Manage and update business policies, ensuring compliance with legal standards and obtaining approval from committee members
• Foster transparent and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, lawyers, and auditors, by taking charge of collaborative efforts to uphold compliance standards.

Profile
• Minimum bachelor's degree level qualification in Law
• 3 years of work experience in a similar role at an institution of a high regard.
