Job Summary:
We Are looking for experienced logistics Personnel to manage all aspects of logistics throughout our supply chain. The logistics personnel will be responsible for organizing and providing efficient transportation and storage solutions for the entire lifecycle of our products, from the acquisition of raw materials to final product distribution.

Responsibilities:
• To manage all the documentation needed in the logistics department.
• To manage the trucks and the drivers and ensure comply with all the policies of the company.
• To register and track down the trucks (mileage).
• Develop and Execute tools and methodologies to enable effective implementation of logistic plans.
• To manage all loads of the clients.
• Recruit and Coordinate logistics staff (e.g., truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements.
• Plan and Track the shipment of final products according to the requirements.
• Comply with Local laws and regulations and ensuring all the trucks are insured.

Requirements
• Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and logistics, Transportation, or any related field.
• Should have a significant experience of at least 5 years in a similar position in a logistics or transport organization.
• Should have a good knowledge of logistic or supply chain management tasks.
• Should good Knowledge of local laws and regulations.
• Should have the following core skills: Integrity, Communication, Coordination, great Interpersonal skills.
• To be able to plan, organize, optimize, and multitask your working time
• Should know how to use ERP Systems and Procedures.
• Should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• To be able to Speak fluently in English and Kiswahili.
