JOB DETAILS:
Our client is seeking experienced, motivated, self-starter who is environmentally conscious to join their growing direct commercial sales team as a Renewable Energy Commercial Sales Representative. The ideal individual will engage, excite, educate, and sell our 100% renewable electricity product to commercial businesses. This is a B2B and B2C outside field sales position.

Roles for the Field Sales Job
1. Client is looking to recruit Field Sales Executives. The successful candidates will be involved in:
2. To develop sales strategies and attract new clients.
3. Source new sales opportunities and close sales.
4. Play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients
5. Generating leads
6. Qualifying prospects
7. Managing sales of our products.

Key Accountabilities
1. Achieve and surpass sales targets of client solar Lamps products
2. Recruit, train, coach and manage a field based team of Direct Sales Representatives (Mostly business communities) to meet the targets.
3. Develop local networks to assist in growing sales volume.
4. Management of Solar Lamps inventory.
5. Upload the brand values of Client.

Field Sales Job Requirements
1. High School Certificate / Diploma Holder / Degree Holder.
2. 3-5 Years Sales experience.
3. Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to motivate and lead a team.
5. Excellent communication and people’s skills.
6. Good planning and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work calmly under pressure.

Personal Attributes:
1. Flexible during times of change.
2. Strong written and oral communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and operational skill sets.
4. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
