JOB DETAILS:
Applicant Qualifications
• Employed and qualified Form Four / Six / Diploma, with a Nursing Degree from a Government recognized University, one who has completed a one-year internship, registered with the Tanzania Council of Nurses and Midwives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform nursing services for clients in communities, hospitals and all areas where health care is provided.
• Collect important health data.
• To direct and supervise the nurses under him.
• Provide home-based care for patients.
• Provide counseling. vi. Prepare a work plan for nursing services.
• Provide preventive and reproductive services.
• Educating patients and the community.
• To perform such other duties as may be assigned to him or her by his or her supervisor for his or her education, experience and skills.

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
