Job Summary That
Duties And Responsibilities
i. To prepare and propose plans and strategies to change people's thinking so that they can have ideas for development in line with Government Policies and the current times;
ii. Through participatory methods, empowering communities to initiate social projects;
iii. To promote sustainable use of the environment;
iv. Disseminating and promoting the use of appropriate technologies such as rainwater harvesting, standard stoves, and the use of carts;
v. Encourage people to use the training services of Citizen Development Colleges;
vi. Assisting rural residents in preparing Project Write-ups to pray for funds to run their projects;
vii. To mobilize, organize and provide education to the public on citizenship and good governance;
viii. Collect, maintain, interpret and disseminate important statistics and records for the use of the community;
ix. Empowering citizens to combat harmful traditions that are harmful to the health of citizens, especially women and girls, the spread of HIV/AIDS and infectious diseases;
x. Educating leaders of Village Governments, Religions and Non-Governmental Organizations about the various policies of the Ministry of Community Development, Gender and Children and implementing those policies; and
xi.Providing information on the state of society at various levels.

Qualification And Experience
• Hiring graduates with a Bachelor's or Higher Diploma in Community Development from Universities
• recognized by the Government who have established themselves in one of the following fields: - Community Development, Sociology, Development Studies, Project Planning and Management or Gender and Development.
