DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond on all enquiries and forward them to appropriate departments where necessary;
• Receive and connect incoming calls;
• Maintain electronic incoming and outgoing calls register;
• Receive and direct telephone calls from the general lines to appropriate officers;
• Prepare timely and accurate reports;
• Test all the equipment and the lines to ensure they are in good working order; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
National Form IV/VI with Telephone Operator Certificate, Receptionist certificate, Office Management Certificate or equivalent qualification and must be good in public communication and computer literate.
REMUNERATION: Salary Scale According to Salary scale of BRS 2
