Global Pharma Limited has an exciting Account Assistant opportunity for the right Female Candidate to take on the following; -

Location – Arusha

Minimum qualification
• Must Have Certificate Of Diploma Or Bachelor In Accounts
• Must Have Experience Of Minimum Two Years In Accounts Field

Account Assistant Work
• Handling Petty Cash.
• Typing, preparing and collating reports
• Organizing documents and paper work.
• Bank Payments and Reconciliation.
• Scanning and Printing Documents related to Accounts.
• Prepare and send outstanding Statements to Debtors.
• Managing telephone calls, supplying and getting data and directly talking to a suitable Person.
• Process daily Report.
• And be flexible to perform any other duties as you may be assigned by your Supervisor.
• be flexible to travel all Regional

Requirements.
• Familiarity with office organization/company and optimization techniques
• Having Proper Computer Knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Speaks English and Kiswahili.
• Knowledge about Tally
• Knows MS Office Word and Excel.
• Knows Accounts.


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Associate Degree
