JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
• Manage and reconcile financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, statutory financial statements, and budgets to aid decision-making.
• Oversee cash flow analysis, liquidity management, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze trends, and make strategic recommendations.
• Assist with HR-related matters, including personnel management, compliance, and policies.
• Contribute to procurement processes, vendor relationships, and supply chain optimization.

Qualifications;
• Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or CMA qualification (alternative considered in final stages).
• At least 10 and above Years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Background from an accounting company is strongly preferred but not a must.
• Experience in HR, procurement, or related areas is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and experience with implementation.
