RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish and maintain cash controls, supplier accounts
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements
• Processes supplier invoices and maintain the purchase order system
• Ensure data is entered into the system and transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
• Issue cheques for all accounts due
• Prepare financial files & records , submit all statutory payment such as VAT,SDI,PAYE and so on.
