JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Undergo an induction course in pedagogical skills for those who have not acquired them;
2. Carry out lectures; conduct tutorials, seminars and practicals for undergraduate programmes;
3. Prepare and present case studies;
4. Conduct and publish/disseminate research results;
5. Participate/contribute in curriculum development;
6. Recognize students having difficulties, intervene and provide help and support;
7. Guide students in various academic issues;
8. Participate in consultancies and community services;
9. Supervise field practicals and undergraduate projects;
10. Attend workshops, conferences and symposia; and
11. Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification and Experience
1. Holder of Master degree in Human Resource Management with at least a GPA of 4.0. In addition, the candidate must have a minimum GPA of 3.8 in the first degree in the same field and be assessed as potentially good academically. The applicant should have a consistent career progression in his/her relevant area of specialization from bachelor to a Master’s Degree.
