Role Overview
As a Board Member, you will provide strategic oversight, governance, and thought leadership to support the company’s growth. You will play
a key role in shaping IMED Ltd’s vision, ensuring good governance, and leveraging your expertise to drive long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic planning and high-level decision-making.
• Provide governance oversight and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Offer candid and constructive input on business matters.
• Leverage corporate networks to support business growth and partnerships.
• Advocate for and support the company's long-term success in Tanzania.
• Engage in board meetings and committees as required.

 Requirements
We are seeking a person who embodies the following qualities:

• Background: Strong experience in business, law, or economics.
• Governance Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate governance principles (experience preferred).
