Outstanding Solutions Ltd (Outstanding Solutions) is a project management and consultancy company, incorporated in the United Republic of Tanzania, providing complete staffing solutions, training and competency development for the Tanzania’s hospitality and service industry.

Description
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent relevance to job function. Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience including experience in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and accounting systems.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in management.
• Must possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licence in good standing.
• Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry

Other Skills Include:
• Proven skills in use of Accounting Package, preferably XERO,
• Knowledge on Microsoft Applications- Preferably Advanced Excel
• Leadership skills.
• Team player.
• Independent.
• Creative minded and Decision maker.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
