Job Description
Job title: Finance Manager
Location: Dar es Salaam
Industry: Transportation and Logistics
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing financial analysis process and developing appropriate key business metrics to measure growth, profitability, expense control and productivity
• Preparing and tracking budgets and budget projections, reviews expense reports, vouchers, payment requests and proper back-up of documentation.
• Working with the CEO, and Operations Manager to develop annual budgets, projections, financial plans, costing estimates and monthly cash forecasting Using analytical approaches and modeling to develop innovative, high value-added financial information for the management team to make strategic and key financial decisions
• Overseeing payments to vendors and contractors, consultants and other relevant parties
• Maintaining and overseeing internal controls; prepares estimates of monthly cash requirements managing bank account, reconciles monthly accounts and bank statements; submits receipts and invoices;
• Managing the overall budget and ensuring adequate cash flow Managing the preparation of annual budgets and routine forecasts; prepares Executive and Board financial performance summaries, reports, and presentations Providing financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of actions

Academic qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field
• A holder of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.)

Work Experience
• At least 5 years of proven work experience on related field.
• Experience of working in Transportation and logistics will be an added Advantage
