Job Summary:
The Filters/Balancers specialize in replacing filters and balancing tires to ensure vehicle performance and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Replace air, oil, fuel, and cabin filters as needed.
• Balance tires using balancing machines.
• Inspect tires for wear and damage.
• Maintain equipment and tools used for balancing and filter replacement.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of automotive filters and tire balancing techniques.
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
