WE’RE HIRING
Head of Finance

Responsibilities
• Develop, plan and execute the organisation’s financial strategy
• Monitor and provide regular financial reports to management, board and its shareholders
• Provide strategic analysis and support to the executive board and management
• Develop an accounting function, reporting and internal financial processes
• Manage Dealer & Merchant accounting function, reporting, and targets
• Manage Multiple Bank & Mobile Money Floats
• Provide advice on all trades and future trends of the market.

Qualifications
• Min. 4 years in a senior finance position e.g. Finance Manager, CFO
• Must be a qualified Accountant and holder of CPA or of similar accreditation
• Track record of managing big accounts
• Experience in finance within the fintech and telecom industry
• Understanding of local and international standards of financial regulations.
• Knowledge of various Accounting softwares

Location: Zanzibar
