JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
Email & Domain Management
• Configure and manage company email signatures.
• Ensure branding consistency across email communications.
• Maintain company domains, renewals, and security settings.
• Collaborate with hosting providers for website performance.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Set up, optimize, and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and schedule engaging content.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries across platforms.
• Work with marketing to ensure brand consistency.
Newsletter & Campaign Management (Mailchimp)
• Design and manage company newsletters.
• Maintain subscriber lists while ensuring data privacy compliance.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Technical Support & Security
• Provide IT support related to digital communication tools.
• Ensure security best practices for company data.
• Keep software and systems updated.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
Experience in IT support, email management, and domain administration.
Strong understanding of DNS, SSL, and web hosting.
Experience with corporate social media management.
Proficiency with Mailchimp for email marketing.
Knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with email signature management tools (e.g., Exclaimer, CodeTwo).
Basic graphic design skills for social media and newsletters.
Understanding of SEO and web analytics.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
