Qualifications
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years in the IT and Telco industry or a related field.
• At least 3 years of UML (Unified Modeling Language) experience.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (e.g., System Engineer, Information System Engineer).

Core Responsibilities
• Solution Delivery:
• Deliver end-to-end solutions for the entire organization’s platforms.
• Work closely with Marketing (Consumer), Sales (Go to Market), Customer Operations (COPS), and other business units to create winning proposals and successfully deliver within budget.
• Planning & Implementation:
• Responsible for planning, designing, and implementing IT solutions and other Telecom platforms.
• Ensure solutions meet standards and protocols for data exchange, communication, software, and interconnection for information systems in consultation with the Supervisor and Head of IT Products and Projects.
• Project Management:
• Define time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Guide software factories and/or suppliers to ensure the integrity of the solution within these constraints.
• Accountable for the consistency and delivery of the entire solution.
• Compliance:
• Ensure all development practices comply with the employer’s best practices, policies, and procedures in the respective operation.
