JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
We are hiring a reliable Janitorial Staff member to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our daycare center. This role is essential in creating a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.

Responsibilities:
• Perform daily cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure all spaces are sanitized and tidy.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:
• Primary or secondary school education.
• Experience in cleaning or maintenance is a plus.
Residing in Iringa Municipality is highly preferred.

General Requirements:
• Preference will be given to residents of Iringa Municipality for all roles.
• Be ready and able to perform any other relevant duties, designated by superior
• Roles such as ICT Experts and Drone Operators should highlight familiarity with local cultural sensitivities.
• All staff must demonstrate a commitment to creating a safe, nurturing environment for children.
• All staff must be conversant (as per National Guidelines for Establishment and Management of Community-Based Day Care Centres) with: –

• Basic Competencies of a Child Care Worker
• Safety and Security (including Child Protection and Safety Procedures, and Health Care and Hygiene)
