Pre-qualification Criteria

   Description of Work: Liner Installation at Airstrip PAF Dump Extension

Pre-qualification Criteria:

1. Applicants must submit a company profile with proven experience in liners installation, pipe works (HDPE), and earthworks, using heavy mining equipment such as excavators, dozers, compactors, graders, and articulated dump trucks.
2. Submit a list of relevant projects undertaken in the last 5 years. For each project, provide:
   • A description and relevance to the tendered project
   • Project cost
   • Duration of the project
3. Completion certificates of previous projects, including a reference list of clients. The applicant agrees, without reservation, that the company has the full right to contact any of the references provided.
4. Submit a list and specifications of equipment, including proof of ownership.
5. Submit CVs of experienced personnel in liners installation and pipe works (HDPE).
6. Local content plan approval letter or acknowledgment of submission from the Mining Commission and a valid CRB Registration (Class 3 and above contractor).
7. Provide proof of financial stability, engineering capabilities, and compliance with Tanzanian laws and regulations.
8. BRELA detailed search document indicating company ownership.
