About the role:
The Logistics Coordinator role is a vital role in making sure that there’s efficient logistics for people and UpEnergy products to the market in Tanzania and coordination of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the organisation transportation procedures and ensure prompt and accurate movement of UpEnergy Products and materials, e.g. Cook Stoves, EPC
- Monitor Fuel consumption of logistics vehicles to ensure cost management
- Arrange timely vehicle schedules and other logistical arrangements. (Fueling of Distributors motor vehicles)
- Communicate with suppliers and other key stakeholders on proper transportation of goods and materials.
- Arrange timely vehicle schedules and other logistical arrangements.
- Supervise the Drivers and monitor their movement.
- Report timely and accurately to management any incidents, accidents in relation to vehicle movement, mismanagement, fraud.
- Prepare and provide the fuel consumption reports, including making retirements
- Support with the team leads and distribution team with operations manager
- To perform any duties that will be assigned by your line manager and management
- To mediate any conflict among agents and drivers.
- Support warehouse operation i.e., issuance of stoves.
- Coordinate receiving, loading, and offloading of raw materials and company products.
- Manage warehouse arrangement.
- Assist in developing and implementing warehouse processes and improvements.
- Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Undertake any other related duties as assigned by the line management from time to time

Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
- Experience with logistics software and inventory systems (e.g., SAP, WMS) is an advantage.

- Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
