JOB DETAILS:
Hyperlink logistics is the new entrants in logistics business that aim to fix the Logistics gap by providing innovative Solutions to its Customers through application of the New generation Technology, young, dedicated and vibrant work force. The company is located in Dar-es-salaam Tanzania.
Key Responsibilities of the Position are:
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct and customer is satisfied. §Loading, transporting and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from Clients.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Preparing reports and other documentation relating to deliveries.
- Operating equipment and machines, such as Motorcycle, cars.
- Self-driven , Honest ,and Independent.
- Cultivate and deepen Business relationship with Clients to add value to their business.
- Any tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Secondary School Education with a Valid driving license for Motorcycles and Cars.
- Clean driving record
- Familiarity with Dar es salaam streets, neighborhoods and routes
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Good attitude and interpersonal skill
- Ability to load and unload items
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
