JOB DETAILS:
The Massage Therapist position performs body treatments according to established protocols ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.

1. Provides professional treatments including massage, facial treatments and body treatments in a sensitive and personalized manner, following company standards and procedures;
2. Determines guest needs and preferences by asking pertinent questions Has a thorough understanding of all services including benefits, indications contraindications for each of the treatments;
3. applies professional products safely and accurately.
4. Sets-up and maintains spa treatment rooms in an immaculate manner.
5. To provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all guests.
6. Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers;
7. Lives the Golden Rule. Possesses a high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills;
8. Intuitively, Recommends and effectively up sells treatments, packages and retail items in a sensitive and personalized manner.
