Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment tenders at Railway Children Africa

Railway Children Africa invites interested, competent, registered, and reputable entities to submit their expression of interest (EOI) for the supply and delivery of ICT equipment as specified below:

Item Description & Quantity:

• Desktops (11 pcs): Lenovo Neo 500 G4 23.8 Inches, Portable Mini CPU with 8GB RAM, Core i5, 512GB SSD, Windows 11 Pro, Office 365.
• Tablets (14 pcs): Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, 27.81cm (11.0″) LCD Display, 4nm Processor, 8,000 mAh Battery, Dolby Atmos Quad Speakers, Android 12.0, 8GB+128GB, 12GB+256GB, Wi-Fi, 5G, S Pen Support Graphite.
• Printers/Scanners (14 pcs): HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227fdw (G3075A) Multifunction Printer – 1200x1200dpi, 28 ppm.
• UPS (11 pcs): APC Easy UPS 1Ph Line Interactive, 1000VA, 230V, 6 IEC C13 outlets, AVR, LCD.

Eligibility Requirements:
Interested bidders must provide the following:

1. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration.
2. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate.
3. Evidence of similar past supplies (at least three references).
4. Company profile with details of key personnel.
5. Manufacturer’s authorization or dealership certificate (if applicable).
6. Warranty details for all items supplied.
7. Estimate or quote for the listed goods.

Submission of Expression of Interest:
Completed expression of interest (EOI) documents listed above should be emailed to jobs.mwanza@railwaychildren.or.tz, with a copy to amani.simba@railwaychildren.or.tz, clearly marked with the Tender Reference Number in the subject line on or before 17th March 2025 at 4:00 pm. Late submissions will not be accepted.
