Supply of Stationaries tenders at International Rescue Committee, Inc. (IRC)

The International Rescue Committee, Inc. (IRC) is an international non-governmental, non-sectarian, voluntary organization that provides relief, protection, and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. Founded in 1933 with headquarters in New York, the IRC operates in more than 40 countries worldwide, offering lifesaving care and life-changing assistance to individuals and communities forced to flee from war or disaster.

IRC began operations in Tanzania in 1993, implementing programs that provide protection and basic assistance to refugees and host communities in the areas of Safety (including Protection and Rule of Law, Women Protection and Empowerment, and Child Protection), Health (including mental health and psychosocial support services and reproductive health), and Education.

IRC invites bids from competent, eligible, and duly registered suppliers, printers, manufacturers, or authorized dealers in Tanzania. The intention is to source the best supplies for its operations and to award long-term agreements to successful suppliers.

Interested and qualified suppliers may request or collect complete tender documents by sending an Intent to Bid, duly signed, via email to TZ-RFQ@rescue.org from the date of this tender advertisement.

Once a set of tender documents is downloaded, prospective bidders should submit their offers electronically via email to TenderSubmission8@rescue.org, with the subject matter “Procurement Committee Stationary/MPA/TZ/2025.” The submission should include both the technical folder(s) and the financial folder and must be sent on or before 24th March 2025 at 4:30 PM, as detailed in the Request for Proposal (RFP).

Please note that IRC is not bound to accept the lowest priced bid or any bid submitted, and any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
