JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a training matrix for Field Operations staff.
• Ensure that all staff and instructors attend necessary training sessions.
• Conduct evaluations of training effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Identify training gaps and design relevant training programs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, with at least 5 years in a Training and Development or HR Coordination role.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
