JOB DETAILS:
The Role:
The organization seeks a confident, skilled, and experienced candidate familiar with AWMS (Advanced Warehouse Management Systems) to support warehouse operations, including coordination with IT, retail stores, and planning teams.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Inspect and verify incoming goods, resolve shortages, and report damaged goods.
• Develop efficient warehouse processes to optimize workflow and space utilization.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to foster a productive work environment.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize order fulfillment and product movement.
• Implement safety/security measures for a safe working environment.
• Analyze performance metrics to improve efficiency and provide solutions.
• Ensure productivity goals are met while adhering to warehouse targets.
• Prepare reports (e.g., Power BI) for management review.
• Maintain automated storage and retrieval systems (AWMS).
• Plan ROTA and leave schedules for warehouse staff based on priorities.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field (preferred).
• 4–5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, especially in retail trading or FMCG.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in warehouse and inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
